You can lock in your items by adding your preferred items and/or packages to your quote. Once we receive your quote we will confirm availability and then send through everything you need to secure your booking.

Our hire prices include complimentary delivery, installation and collection from your venue. We also offer free delivery within a 20km radius of Charters Towers.

Yes, we can deliver further afield. Just get in touch or include your preferred location when submitting your quote and we’ll be in touch with an accurate price based on your location.

Yes, a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount is deducted from your total and is due 7 days before your event.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates, to avoid missing out. That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if availability allows.

Please let us know as soon as possible if anything is lost or damaged. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may need to retain the security deposit to cover replacement costs.
